InsurePro, Inc. (“Company” or “We”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This
Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the types of information we collect from you, or that
you may provide when you visit or use our websites, mobile and desktop applications,
and other online services (the “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using,
maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with this Policy and our
practices, your choice is not to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services,
you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to This

government or regulatory request.
● If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or
safety of InsurePro, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information
with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and
credit risk reduction.
● In the event that InsurePro or any of its affiliated companies is involved in a merger,
acquisition, transfer of control, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets, we may
sell or transfer the information described in this Privacy Policy as part of that
transaction or diligence associated with this transaction.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from
accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. 
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given
you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Services,
you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share
your password with anyone. 
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the
security of your personal information transmitted to the Services. Any transmission of
personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of
any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.
Children’s Information
The Services are not directed to, and InsurePro does not knowingly collect information
from, children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware
that your child has provided information without your consent, please contact InsurePro

Changes To This Policy
We will post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that
the Privacy Policy has been updated. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is
identified at the top of the page.
